Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be permanently closed and any balances across all accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baa99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access your account. baa99 will treat all activity conducted through your account as activity conducted by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baa99 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency and conversion: baa99 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount deposited in BDT is the amount credited to the baa99 account balance in BDT, and the amount requested for withdrawal in BDT is the amount transmitted to the designated payment account in BDT.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Abuse prevention: baa99 employs automated monitoring to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and rapid withdrawal following the satisfaction of wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, baa99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and close the account permanently.
baa99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and for any reason, including where the promotion has been subject to a technical error that resulted in incorrect bonus values or wagering requirements being published.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the baa99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all pending and historical winnings, and forfeiture of account balances, as determined by baa99 in its sole discretion:
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Allowing any other person to access or operate your baa99 account, including family members or third-party agents;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place bets, interact with games, or conduct any activity on the platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any baa99 game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and must be returned;

7. Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary closure: A player may request the closure of their baa99 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, subject to standard verification requirements. Once an account is voluntarily closed, it cannot be re-opened. Players wishing to return to baa99 must register a new account, subject to eligibility requirements.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support directly. Temporary self-exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. baa99-initiated suspension: baa99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage access, identity fraud, or any other conduct detrimental to the platform. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
baa99-initiated permanent closure: baa99 may permanently close an account where a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, baa99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, winnings derived from the prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Net deposits not directly linked to the breach may be returned at baa99's discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
baa99 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While baa99 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to a third-party provider are outside baa99's direct control.
Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baa99's total liability to any individual player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their baa99 account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Governing language: These Terms are written in English. English is the authoritative language for the interpretation of these Terms and for all correspondence between baa99 and its players.
